CEO and Founder

Gustavo Dias is the founder and CEO of Heights International Group. He holds an MBA degree with a concentration in Marketing, he also holds a second Master’s Degree in Biblical Studies. He has a passion for people, real estate and marketing. Real estate is more than just a career for Gustavo, it’s his lifestyle. He loves nothing more than helping a client transition to the next phase in their real estate journey. You can occasionally catch Gustavo teaching real estate marketing to the hundreds of KW agents in Coral Gables, FL.

Gustavo Dias, gets most of his discipline from his military career, where he served in Iraq as squad leader for the 3rd Infantry Division.

When it comes to a quick joke, Gustavo is the first one to tell it and laugh at his own.

Marian, from the Philippines, graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2015. She started her career in Human Resources and later pursued her passion as a Junior Barista, where she excelled in creating artistic coffee experiences. Her attention to detail and creativity garnered recognition in the industry.

In 2022, Marian made a bold decision to transition into a new role as an Executive Assistant in Heights International Group. This career move allowed her to combine her organizational skills, resourcefulness, and dedication to supporting others. With her proactive approach and ability to multitask, Marian quickly adapted to the fast-paced environment, assisting executives and ensuring smooth operations within the company.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Marian has a passion for sports, particularly volleyball. She loves the thrill of competition and the camaraderie that comes with being part of a team. Through volleyball, Marian not only stays physically active but also learns valuable lessons in teamwork, discipline, and perseverance.

Kuma is a husband and father of seven wonderful children, six boys and one beautiful girl. His faith in Jesus is the backbone and the heart of all he does. His commitment to God, his family, and a desire to always do the absolute best that he can in all things is what drives him forward. He is a former high school wrestling champion and NCAA collegiate Wrestler, which he believes fuels his passion and never give up attitude.

He started his professional journey in the insurance industry where he spent fifteen years. The first eleven years were spent as a Property and Casualty Claims adjuster and Claims Manager. He spent the majority of his time interpreting policy contracts and negotiating settlements with clients, attorneys, and other Agents for Homeowners and Condo policies. The latter part of his insurance career he spent as a Life, Health, and Variable annuities Agent. The bulk of his time was spent traveling all over South Florida meeting with my clients face to face servicing their policy and investments needs. He has a strong working relationship with many of our local South Florida communities.

In 2022, he decided to transition to Real Estate. Within his first year he had over 15 units closed and amassing over $3 million in volume. Just as in his athletic and insurance career, he provides this same level of professionalism and commitment to his clients, giving them the utmost service and care. He takes pride in the work he performs, but more importantly he takes pride in how his clients are treated and the quality of service they receive.
